PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
UNIVERSAL PEST MITE CONTROL FOR ALL CONDITIONS
Special Blend predatory mites provide comprehensive, chemical-free control of multiple spider mite and mite species. This carefully formulated blend combines four complementary predatory mite species, each optimized for different environmental conditions and pest scenarios. By eliminating the guesswork from pest identification, the Special Blend allows you to deploy effective pest control immediately without needing to identify your specific mite species.
HOW THIS PEST CONTROL WORKS
The Special Blend combines four predatory mite species, each with unique advantages:
- Phytoseiulus persimilis - Aggressive specialist for webbing spider mites in high-humidity environments (65-95%)
- Amblyseius andersoni - Broad-spectrum predator for multiple mite species across wide temperature ranges (47-104°F)
- Amblyseius cucumeris - Cool-weather specialist for pest mite and thrips control
-
Amblyseius swirskii - Warm-weather specialist for pest mite, thrips larvae, and whitefly larvae control
UNIQUE ADVANTAGES
Rather than guessing which single predatory mite species best matches your specific situation, the Special Blend approach provides comprehensive pest control across all growing conditions. This blend-based strategy ensures you have predatory mite species optimized for:
- Wide temperature ranges (47-104°F)
- Variable humidity levels (40-90%)
- Multiple pest mite species simultaneously
- Different seasons (spring cool-weather control to summer heat control)
- Mixed infestation situations - Unknown or misidentified mite species

RELEASE INSTRUCTIONS:
BOTTLED MITES
- TIME YOUR RELEASE: Early morning, evening, or when grow lights are off. Avoid midday heat and direct sunlight.
- PREPARE PLANTS: Lightly mist foliage before release to improve habitat.
- APPLICATION: Apply predatory mites directly to pest mite infested areas. For concentrated release, pour bottle contents into hanging boxes and hang near infested areas. Leave container in place for 72 hours to allow full release.
- MONITOR: Continue monitoring for pest mite activity. Repeat releases as needed until pest mite populations decline.
- SACHET TRANSITION: Transition to slow-release sachets for ongoing preventative control once pest mite populations are managed.
SLOW-RELEASE SACHETS
- TIME YOUR RELEASE: Early morning, evening, or when grow lights are off. Avoid midday heat and direct sunlight.
- APPLICATION: Hang sachets in areas with history of pest mite problems.
- MAINTENANCE: Prolonged moisture and damp environments can cause sachets to degrade or encourage fungal growth, but also should not completely dry out.
STORAGE:
For best results, introduce immediately upon receipt. If storage is necessary, store at 45-55°F for no longer than 24 hours. Store out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
